The Hassan Whiteside Revenge Tour has been going around the country for about a year and a half and shows no sign of taking a break.

Whiteside up against his hometown Hornets in the first round of the playoffs and hasn’t let go of the fact that they wouldn’t give him a tryout when he was training at a church and a local YMCA in Charlotte a few years back.

2016 NBA playoffs: Heat-Hornets was wild regular-season series

A funny thing happened Wednesday night after the Heat learned they were facing Charlotte in the first round. It took several minutes of confused recollection as two players tried to remember exactly how their season series against the Hornets went.

That can certainly be forgiven after this 82-game. With the playoffs starting Sunday in Miami, here’s a look at the two teams’ clashes this year:
