Scouting report: The Wizards are 12-6 since John Wall had surgery on his left knee, including a 117-113 overtime victory of the Heat Tuesday in Washington, a game in which three blow calls in the final 96 seconds of overtime all went against the Heat. Dwyane Wade led the Heat with 22 points. Wade is averaging 14.2 points since returning to the Heat on Feb. 8. … The Wizards have won three of the four meets this season. … Washington is tied with Indiana for the fourth seed in the East, three games ahead of No. 7 Miami. … Washington is on the second night of a back-to-back, having defeated the short-handing Pelicans, 116-97, in New Orleans on Friday. … Bradley Beal is averaging 23.4 points, tied for 14th in the league. In three games against Miami, Beal is averaging 27.3 points on .474 shooting, including .480 on threes. … The Wizards are second in the league in assists since Wall went out.
