Scouting report: The Heat will be without Tyler Johnson and James Johnson. Tyler missed Tuesday’s 90-89 victory at Toronto because of a left shoulder strain and was ruled out tonight pregame  James Johnson and the Raptors’ Serge Ibaka each were suspended one game for exchanging blows the the third quarter. … The Heat also are missing Dion Waiters (sprained left ankle), Justise Winslow (strained left knee), Rodney McGruder (left tibia surgery) and Okaro White (left foot surgery). … The Heat extended their winning streak to five games with the win. Bam Adebayo had career highs with 15 rebounds and five blocks. He added 16 points. … Miami outrebounded Toronto, 64-37. …  Miami has won 12 of its last 16 games and is 12-8 on the road. … Myles Turner injured his elbow in the Pacers’ 109-96 victory over the Bucks Monday and is listed as doubtful.  … The Pacers have won two straight by a combined 52 points after a season-long five-game losing streak. … The teams have played twice in Miami this season with the Heat winning the first game, 112-108, behind Goran Dragic’s 23 points before the Pacers handed the Heat one of their worst losses of the season, 120-95. Bojan Bogdanovic led Indiana with 26 points as the Pacers shot 60 percent from the floor. … Victor Oladipo leads the Pacers with 24.5 ppg. … Indiana is ninth in the league in scoring, averaging 107.3 ppg. … The Heat have lost 10 consecutive games in Indiana.
