Video: We talk Richardson, Whiteside and playoffs? – Yes, we’re talking playoffs! – after Heat’s 11th victory in 15 games

MIAMI – The Heat appear to have turned the corner when it comes to winning home games and boy have they done it in style.

After disposing of the Knicks Friday in overtime, Miami escaped the Jazz Sunday, 103-102, on a Josh Richardson drive and layup with 5.1 seconds remaining. The Heat then held on as terrific rookie Donovan Mitchell’s shot from the right side hit the backboard and rim before bouncing out.

The win pushed Miami’s record to 22-17 overall, 11-4 in its last 15 games, but it wasn’t easy. The Heat were forced to rally in each of the last two games, from six down in the final six minutes against the Knicks and from eight down in the final seven minutes against the Jazz.

But in both cases, Miami clamped down defensively and found different heroes offensively whether it was Richardson, Wayne Ellington, Goran Dragic or Kelly Olynyk.

We talk about this recent stretch and the momentum the Heat carry into a difficult stretch of games.
