The Heat will also be without swingman Rodney McGruder (left tibia surgery) and forward Okaro White (left foot surgery), who are both out indefinitely. … Hornets center Cody Zeller will miss Friday’s game after undergoing surgery on his left knee. … The Heat and Hornets have already faced off once this season.
